  NOT CORRECT - Find A Grave Memorial # 171120990 (lineage info is incorrect and there is no headstone. Dates are almost certainly incorrect.) There appear to be two James Munsey’s in Mercer County in 1900 - both born about the same time. The birth and death dates for JAMES A. MUNCY is often given for JAMES FRANKLIN MUNCY, but this is not correct. James (HUSBAND OF FRANCES KING) is NOT listed with the family in 1900 Giles Co., VA census so apparently deceased. Francis A. Muncy - son of Skidmore and Julia Hearn Muncy - had sons James A. and Franklin. Thisi may have confused researchers into believing he was James Franklin Muncy.
