May, 1909 - 1916- Aransas Pass, TX; In May 1909 O.C. and John Bunyan (Bun) Muncy arrived in Aransas Pass and owned a livery operation and feed store and Muncy Building. 1st floor was feed strore, and second story was used by IOOF and other organizations. Store burned and complete loss in Feb. 1914.

Obit:
O.C. Muncy Buried at Krum O. Calloway Muncy, 62. died at 11:20 p. m, Saturday in the Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth following a long illness. Funeral services were held in the Methodist Church at Krum Monday at 2 p. m., conducted by Rev W. V. Kite, pastor of the Denton Methodist Church, and burial followed in the Jackson cemetery .at Krum. While the family home , was at 1303 West Oak Street here, Muncy had continued operation of his farm near Krum.' Surviving are his wife, who "was Miss Clare. Raney, and whom he married in Decatur 1897; seven children, L. O. Muncy and Mrs. C. H. Goodman of Whitesboro H. M. Muncy .of Krum. Mrs. Ray Smith of Fort Worth. Mrs. W. C. Kinser of Marshall, Mrs. Jewell Kile and W. L. Muncy of Wichita Falls; four brothers, H. L., J. B. and B. W. Muncy of Artesia, N. M., and Ed Muncy of Slidell; two sisters. Mrs. Rosa Myers of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Cora Stephens of Plainview.
